Monica Nardone was pursing a civil and environmental engineering degree at the University of Rhode Island when she decided to change direction and relocated to Utah. She completed a program at the Utah College of Massage Therapy in Salt Lake City, Utah. She started to expand her studies in 2001 by training in the Rolf Method of Structural Integration, a holistic approach which alters a person’s structure through soft tissue manipulation and movement education. In addition to body work, Monica has completed 500 hours of training in various yoga techniques. She currently instructs Ashtanga Vinyasa, Restorative and yoga for people with Multiple Sclerosis. Monica combines all of her skills when treating clients. Each massage is tailored to the individuals needs. |
