The GUNA Method is an innovative new therapy involving Physiological Regulating Medicine. This field of medicine looks at modifying cellular and tissue physiology to restore normal functioning to diseased tissue. The GUNA Method integrates the most up-to-date information about conventional medicine and homeopathic medicine in order to correct physiological imbalances in the tissue. The GUNA Method is based upon the principles of homeopathy, homotoxicology, Psycho-Neuro-Endocrine-Immunology (PNEI), and nutrition to treat disease states. The GUNA Method restores normal physiology through enhancement of communicating molecules such as hormones (Endocrine), neuropeptides (nervous system, Neuro), interleukins (immune system, Immunology), and growth factors at the same physiological concentrations as in the biological tissue space between cells (milieu) with the addition of classical homeopathy (Psychology). This then helps to create a biofeedback mechanism to help restore the body’s homeostatic balance or return to normal function. The GUNA Method involves specifically formulated medications that work together to restore balance back into the system and correct the disease state. It involves a series of injections into acupuncture points or trigger points combined with oral supplements to increase the effectiveness of the treatments. The ingredients in each medication act on five different levels:
We also do Botox injections for the treatment of migraine headaches and spastic musles. Botox is botulinum toxin that is injected into the belly of a muscle to paralyze it. Botox is commonly used for wrinkle management on the face. Doctors providing this service also noted that it also helped patients suffering from migraines. We will do cosmetic injections if a patient is willing to self pay for the procedure. |
